We want your day to be safe, fun, and stress-free. Please read the following information before booking with us.
Before Booking
Before reserving your inflatable or equipment with Wazoggies Bounce House, please make sure that:
- Space Requirements – The inflatable you choose will fit in your garden/venue. Each castle has its own size guide (see individual product pages).
- Access – There are no restrictions that would prevent delivery (e.g. narrow doorways, alleyways, stairs, limited parking, or road restrictions).
- Ground Surface – The surface is suitable for setup (see inflatable details).
- Power Supply – A 240V mains socket is available within 40m. If not, you’ll need one of our generators.

⚠️ If the space is unsuitable on arrival, we may have to cancel, and unfortunately the full hire cost will still apply.
Before We Arrive
Please make sure the following is done before our team arrives:
- ✅ Clear the Setup Area – No toys, sharp objects, stones, bricks, garden debris, clotheslines, or pet waste.
- 🐶 Pets – The garden must be clean and safe (we cannot set up on areas with animal droppings).
- 🚪 Access Routes – Keep paths clear by moving bins, cars, bikes, recycling boxes, toys, and furniture.
- 🏡 Indoor Access – If we must pass through your home, ensure the route is clear and wide enough.
- 📢 Let Us Know – Please inform us in advance if there are tricky access points such as stairs or narrow passageways.
⚠️ If our team cannot safely access or set up, your booking may be cancelled and charged in full.
Safety & Care Rules
At Wazoggies Bounce House, safety comes first! As the hirer, you are responsible for making sure the following rules are followed:
- ❌ No food, drinks, chewing gum, face paints, silly string, confetti, or water near/on the inflatable.
- 👀 Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult.
- 🚫 No climbing, hanging, or sitting on inflatable walls.
- ⚖️ Separate older/larger children from smaller ones, and avoid overcrowding.
- ⛔ No bouncing on the front step – it’s for entry/exit only.
- 🚭 No smoking or BBQs near the inflatable.
- 👟 Shoes, glasses, jewellery, and badges must be removed before use.
- 💨 Stop use immediately if the blower stops, the inflatable deflates, or winds become too strong.
- 💦 Do not use in the rain – dry thoroughly before resuming play.
- 🔫 Prohibit water pistols or hosepipes near the inflatable.
- ⚠️ No rough play, flips, or somersaults.
- 🐾 Keep pets, toys, and sharp objects away at all times.
All inflatables must be returned clean and undamaged. Extra charges apply if they are dirty or damaged on collection.
Cancellations
- 72+ hours before hire date → Full refund.
- Within 72 hours → Deposit is non-refundable.
- On arrival → Full hire cost will be charged.
If we must cancel due to unsafe conditions, unsuitable space, or incorrect booking details, the full hire charge still applies.

All users play at their own risk. Wazoggies Bounce House cannot accept responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damage caused by misuse of the equipment. It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure these guidelines are followed at all times.
